1. Construction stage supply BS4, BS4a and BS5

2. Component and Process protection (ZF internal / ZF external)

3. Industrial engineering (shafts: drive shaft, hollow shaft, intermediate shaft /

spur gears / differential) Purchased parts; Plant-, Machines- & Tool investments

4. Design / Product and Process FMEA

5. Internal and external processes

Internal processes: VZ milling, Hard turning, Gear grinding, Measuring

External processes: Skiving, Carburizing, Finishing (polishing),

Press hardening, Welding, Deburring

New processes in series: “Felssen” – Axialforming (Profile molding process)

Assembly processes at GKN and ZF

6. Inspection processes: Visual inspection, Crack inspection, X-ray,

Computer tomography

7. Emergency concepts, stress tests, endurance tests

8. Logistics and Transport processes in the overall process network

(ZF internal / ZF external)
