1. guideline FAP (defect submission process) in CAT for Powertrain in Hedelfingen (Germany) plant.

2. mindset implementation FAP (VA) & CAT in Powertrain (SQMS & CAT)

3. KPIs - standard monthly report Powertrain / vehicle plants

4. auditing VDA 6.3 at critical suppliers

5. project support

6. preparation of project documents, workshop and seminar planning, implementation

7. case studies

8. initiation of pilot projects and planning of rollouts

9. project work globally (America, Asia, Africa, Europe)
