a.) Roof railing systems: Overhead / Elevated / Allroad / Aluminium Caps / Low Budget

b.) Crossbars for roof railing systems: Partly with sensor function

c.) Roof trims: With and without plastic inserts (with pre-mounted seals)

d.) Window well trims: With mounted carrier strips

e.) Trim strips: Window frames and side windows

f.) Fuel filler cap systems: With remote unlocking device

Tasks:

1. establishment of a supplier quality management area incl. auditors

2. installation of a quality management system incl. quality management manual QMH

3. optimisation of the structure and process organisation in the Binder Group (quality, QMH)

4. process instructions, procedural instructions, workplace instructions

5. end customer support Europe for Porsche, Audi, VW, Daimler, BMW

6. processes: Anodising gloss and matt, gloss and matt lacquering, polishing
