1. coordination of deliveries across plants J1 / MLB / MSB including summer banking

2. approvals / deviation approval AWE / part traceability / run & rate / B- & K-releases

3. industrial engineering - gear production / roll stabilisers / China circumferences / torsion bars

4. container management plant-related incl. the circulation day scenario, one-way & reusable

5. sub-supplier management incl. summer banking for 5 plants with buffer in vehicle plants

6th Schaeffler - emergency concepts, stress tests, back-up planning

7. bottleneck control BKA, group logistics for MLB / MSB / J1, Operative Flex

8. definition of plant-related minimum stock levels

9. control circuits
