OEE increase in semi-finished products and piston pressure accumulator assembly island from 60% to 85%

Weak point analysis of semi-finished products, raw materials for end product

Maintenance activities TPM from reactive to preventive

Project tasks:

a. scrap reduction from >7% to  </= 2%

b. improvement of OEE from 60% to 80-85%

c. OEM - call-off quantities good parts in 15 instead of 16 shifts

d. TPM reactive to preventive

Task and tasks:

1) Traceability of material properties of round blanks for the process chain

2) Mapping of material history of round blanks

3) TPM ==> Coolant lubrication system rolling process / JENOPTIK / Coolant overflow with sensor protection / Clean room island

4) Creation of a defect catalogue of round blanks (semi-finished products)

5. ) Packaging circuit (external & clean circuit)

6.) OEE piston pressure accumulator

7.) Process optimisations, quality analyses, packaging circuits

8.) Mapping of tool life (mandrel, rollers, bearings) - change intervals

9.) Optical inspection - JENOPTIK (surface inspections)
